Leather here is for seats, bags and furniture — pores and wear at object scale, not a wall plaster with a brown tint. A sofa tile is larger than a wallet. Stitch spacing has to look sewn, not stamped across a facade. Worn leather is mostly roughness variation; a shiny albedo is the usual beginner mistake.
Typical pack: albedo, normal, roughness. Height only if you have seams you want to displace. Metallic off. 1K–2K for props, 2K–4K for hero car seats. Not 8K. Plug albedo into Base Color (sRGB) and the rest as Non-Color. In Unity URP the same maps drop into the Lit shader without a custom graph.
Cloth and weaves live in fabric, not here. Furniture walkthrough: leather PBR for furniture. Engine notes: PBR in Unity. CC0, commercial, no account.
